My curiosty of cooking started at the age of 8 while enjoying the blessing of observing my Mother and Grandmother work their magic in the kitchen. In 1993, I began to put my curiosity to work. That's right, I started experiencing in the kitchen!

I've created many different dishes and desserts, sampled many different cultures, and I am still pushing forward. After letting many people sample my food and witnessing their love of the taste, I grew to love cooking even more. I love cooking and creating new dishes every chance I get.
